A ramp the length of 2½ football fields is rising in downtown Camden. When it opens as the newest part of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge this spring, the $8 million project will offer better access to the south side walkway over the Delaware River between Camden and Philadelphia, plus easier access to bicycle trails on both sides.
